Any sale by Goatley Parts (www.goatleyparts.co.uk and www.parts4windows.co.uk) as the seller (hereinafter referred to as "Goatley Parts") is expressly made conditional on the assent of the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Buyer's taking delivery of any part of products/services sold shall constitute such assent and a waiver of all terms and conditions in its purchase order or similar document which are different from or additional to those set forth herein.
1. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
1.1 Unless otherwise specified by Goatley Parts in writing, prices and terms of payment shall be 30 days net of invoice. Goatley Parts reserves the right to change or withdraw prices for the products or services it offers for sale without prior notice. If Search and Rescue Supplies’ price for any product or service is increased, the price in effect prior to the increase will apply to orders received prior to the effective date of the increase and shipped within a period of 30 days after the effective date of increase. Partial shipments or performance made within this period will not obligate Search and Rescue Supplies to make further shipments or performance at these prices after the expiration of the 30-day period.
1.2 Prices are in Sterling Pounds unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified by Goatley Parts in writing, all taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state, local, or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export, or use of the products or services shall be added to the price and billed to and paid by Buyer. Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Goatley Parts from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorneys' fees or costs incurred by Goatley Parts in connection therewith.
2. ACCEPTANCE.- Any quotation or proposal is subject to change or cancellation by Goatley Parts at any time with notice and in any event expires 30 days from its date, unless otherwise indicated therein or extended in writing by Goatley Parts. Search and Rescue Supplies’ quotation or proposal does not constitute an offer by Search and Rescue Supplies, and any order or orders placed thereon are not binding on Goatley Parts until Goatley Parts’ acceptance in writing has been sent to Buyer. The banking, negotiation, endorsement, or other use of Buyer's down payment, if any, shall not constitute acceptance by Goatley Parts.
3. DELIVERY - Goatley Parts shall have the right to make deliveries or perform services in installments. Partial shipments or performance will be billed as made and payments therefor are subject to the terms of payment referenced herein. All delivery indications or completion dates are estimated and are dependent in part upon prompt receipt of all necessary information to service an order. Goatley Parts reserves the right to allocate, in its sole discretion, inventories, production, and services when such allocation becomes necessary. In no event will Goatley Parts be liable for any premium transportation, re-procurement, or other costs or losses incurred by Buyer as a result of Goatley Parts’ failure to deliver products in accordance with indicated delivery/performance schedules.
PRIVACY POLICY
GoatleyParts will not disclose buyer's information to any third parties, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
REFUND/RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 28-day money back guarantee.
All we ask is that the product has not been used, and is returned un-damaged in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt.
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your full contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.
(This excludes special orders).
Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment).
If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
If returned goods have been ordered in error or are surplus or unsuitable a 20% re-stocking charge may be applicable and at our discretion.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
